DAY 53 - CATCHING GOD'S ATTENTION

“My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.” PSALMS 51:17 (NIV)

The scripture above shows you exactly how to catch God’s attention – and it’s quite simple! You need to nurture a broken heart and a contrite spirit.

God is not looking for those who are proud and have big egos. God is looking for those who acknowledge that without Him, we are nothing. He desires for us to reach out to Him now more than ever. We need to have a desperation, that if God doesn’t intervene in our lives, we will give up.

These are the types of people that God is looking for, because that is when we show full dependency on God, and not on anything else. God likes to be challenged so that He can show Himself strong on your behalf.

I want to encourage you today – no matter what you are facing, do not lose heart. Seek His face today and let Him make a way for you. We serve a God that loves to do the impossible, and to make a way where there seems no way!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION:
