Day 52 - Manifestation Of True Light

“17 God heard the boy crying, and the angel of God called to Hagar f rom heaven and said to her, “What is the matter, Hagar? Do not be afraid; God has heard the boy crying as he lies there. 18 Lift the boy up and take him by the hand, for I will make him into a great nation.”

Genesis 21:17-19 (NIV)

If you want to become one who sees the manifestation of the true light of God, you need to

live a life that is led by the Holy Spirit and not based on the leading of emotions.

When Abraham told Hagar and her son to leave, he sent them with a little water and food into the wilderness. When the food and water ran out and they were about to die, they found themselves in a very dark place. She took Ismael, her son, that had received a blessing from Abraham and placed him under a bush some distance away so that she would not see him die. Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared unto, and we see in the scripture above what happened next.

The message we learn from this is that your cry for your destiny carries a sound, and God will never turn from His Word. After she cried out to God, feeling hopeless and on the brink of giving up, God opened her eyes and she saw a well of water. The well was there the whole time, but the moment God stepped in, the light came in and opened her eyes to breakthrough. If God did not intervene, they both would have died. God brought light into their dark situation by exposing the call and destiny, and ultimately, life was preserved.

Your breakthrough may just be right in front of you. All you need is light for it to be revealed.
