Day 34 - Secret To Success

“Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.”

Joshua 1:8 (NLT)

This scripture makes mention of great rewards; namely, you will be prosperous and that you will taste success in all that you do. I don’t know about you, but I gladly take that for my life.

However, we are first instructed to study the Word of God - and not only now and again, but the Bible says continually. Furthermore, we are to meditate on this Word day and night. This doesn’t only speak of the time of day. This speaks of in the dark times and in the good times - when things are going well, and

when you can’t see past the darkness which surrounds you.

There is a difference between reading the Word and studying or meditating on the Word. Very few people actually meditate on the Word of God. When you meditate on something, it becomes alive in you, and it becomes a part of you.

Meditation on the Word of God is the key that is missing in our lives today. If we can get this right, the Word is clear - we will succeed in all that we do.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

“My priority is the word of God, and I will seek it with all that is within me. As my hunger for His word increases, so shall my path become straight, and success will follow me. In Jesus Name!”
