DAY 22 - LOOKING INTO THE UNSEEN

“while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” 2 Corinthians 4:18 (NKJV)

I have heard a lot of people making the statement that seeing is believing. They cannot steer further from the truth. Even scientists have proven that there are things that our eyes cannot see. In these cases, we need the help of gadgets to see beyond the limitation of our natural eyes.

As a believer, the scriptures teach you that the weapons of our warfare are not of this world, but they are mighty in God for the pulling down of strongholds. Yet our weapons, and the strongholds which we are to pull down, are not visible to the natural eye!

You should never be moved by what you see in the natural, but rather to be led by what the Word of God says. The Word of God gives you an ability to perceive beyond what is known by your natural sight.

According to today’s scripture, anything that you can see with your optical eye is temporal. In plain speech, it is subject to change. Therefore, there is no situation in your life today that cannot be turned around for your good, when you choose to see through the eyes of faith.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION:

“Regardless of what I see, I know that God is working a miracle for me. I am a victor and I shall testify to many in the weeks that lie ahead. I decree this to be so, in the name of Jesus.”
