DAY 16 - OPENING THE WINDOWS OF HEAVEN

“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the LORD of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it.”” Malachi 3:10 (NKJV)

I find it very interesting that God never said that we should pray for Him to open the windows of heaven. He didn’t ask for a worship song, or for us to enter lengthy periods of fasting. He gave us a key in this verse – that if we do this, He will do that. He simply said that when you tithe, He will open the windows of heaven of your life!

God has already provided for your every need – in abundance! You see, prosperity is not only a promise. It is a covenant. Many Christians spend hours praying through the nights, trying to bind the demon of poverty, yet God says; “I will rebuke the devourer on your behalf.”

When Satan tries to put you in a corner relative to your finances, he will fail. Your tithe will establish a covenant between you and God, and the demon of poverty will stand no chance against you.

As you honour this financial principle, you will set yourself up for the life of abundance that God has for you.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION:

“Prosperity is my inheritance! As I align myself with this principle, I declare and decree that I shall never be broke another day in my life, in the Name of Jesus.”
