The Power and Speed of The Prophetic

It is said that laser beams travel at the speed of light, more than 670 million miles per hour, making them the fastest thing in the universe.  Power on the other hand, depending on the context you bring it in, can be described as the ability to exert a maximal force in as short a time as possible.

Speed and power are the bread and butter of society today.  Living in a high-speed biosphere technology is always birthing new variables to accomplish as much as possible in the shortest amount of time.  As Word practitioners, we know that nothing exists on earth that didn’t exist before. 

However, whether in the natural or spiritual realm, when warp speed happens, you need to be prepared and properly positioned for successful acceleration. Every dawn brings with it whispers of new challenges as we face the next instalment of tribunals flung on our path.

The prophetic anointing not only restores or preserves.  The prophetic anointing can accelerate, overtake and without fail recover all the enemy has taken or withheld from you.  But even as Jesus Christ had to come into alignment with prophecy, otherwise He, the walking Word would have failed.  In similar fashion we need to trace His steps to accomplishment.

Let me not give you an atlas without demarcating the route.  So many people have exhausted efforts with nothing to show. But I believe this is your hour of power if you will to seize it, I trust God will crown your efforts with results.     

• STRATEGISE (1 Timothy 1:18).  The word warfare in this scripture means strategia where we get from the word strategy from.  Paul is saying that we need strategy to wage a good warfare, to formulate or construct the perfect strategy of war by using the prophecies spoken concerning us.  The Word of God is also a “book” full of promises available to us by inheritance. It is by the Word of God that we execute judicial punishment over our enemies, but it must be God breathed.

• ANOINTING TO TRANSFER AND IMPART (Psalm 105:4).  If someone has what you need, firstly, before it can be transferred or imparted, you must be open to receive it.  To receive it you must honour and revere it for the grace gift that it is. You must be able to behold that gift.

• YOUR FAITH MUST BE ELEVATED.  The Bible tells us to lift up our eyes and everything that we can see He will give it to us.  Abraham by faith became the possessor of heaven and earth.  But Abraham had to lift his eyes to behold by faith.

What word is locked up inside of you? A spiritually violent believer takes things by force. Take your destiny by force, don’t sit around lethargically and defeated.  If you can take this stance and flank it with a prophetic anointing and the unction of speed, new wine will pour forth for you.  But it is a life of sacrifice and you will need to go past the place of elementary doctrine.

Our Master Jesus Christ saw incredible speed in ministry. He achieved an assignment over approximately three years that spanned eternity, but He didn’t waste His life, He was divinely guided.  God will not give you a vision that He will not back with action.  He requires your full co-operation and commitment.
